 Insurance Plans:

We are preferred providers with MetLife PDP, Cigna PPO, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Florida Combined Life, Delta Premier and United Concordia.

We accept any dental insurance plan that allows you to choose your own dentist.  We also accept any plans that allow you to go out of network.  We file all insurance claims for our patients.

Payment Plans:

We accept Visa or MasterCard.  We offer a 5% discount if all treatment recommended and accepted is paid up front with check or money order.  A 3% discount is given if account is paid with a credit card.

We use American General Finance for any monthly payments needed.  They have 3 months same as cash, 6 months same as cash and depending on the treatment plan 12 months same as cash.  All payments would be sent to American General.  No interest will be applied to your account unless you go one day past the time frame agreed upon.  Then 18% interest will be added by American General to the account from day one.
